I am curious of what works and what does not.

I have to be honest and say it completely worked for me. I took it for 1 1/2 month, walked right at 3 miles at least 3 times a week and done a workout video about twice a week. And ate the healthy food trays for lunch and a normal dinner.. and a shake for snack.. and drank diet pop and water.
It took about 2 weeks when I noticed the pounds shedding off! the last about 3 weeks my weight dropped dramatically! I felt soo good! I looked much better!
I know they say to lose weight slowly but I think its all in the way you do it. I worked my butt off in that month and a half The weather was cold which I believe made it better because I was able to bundle up and I walked faster to stay warm.. I never got sick!
Well I am getting back on this medicine tomorrow. I wanna work my butt off and drop 2 sizes before my wedding in 3 months. I can do it! I just have to work hard at it.
