The botanical slimming side effects only thingI have ever used was the "phentarmine" the white with blue spots pill.
I have to be honest and say it completely worked for me. I took it for 1 1/2 month, walked right at 3 miles at least 3 times a week and done a workout video about twice a week. And ate the healthy food trays for lunch and a normal dinner.. and a shake for snack.. and drank diet pop and water.
It took about 2 weeks when I noticed the pounds shedding off! the last about 3 weeks my weight dropped dramatically! I felt soo good! I looked much better!
I know they say to lose weight slowly but I think its all in the way you do it. I worked my butt off in that month and a half The weather was cold which I believe made it better because I was able to bundle up and I walked faster to stay warm.. I never got sick!
Well I am getting back on this medicine tomorrow. I wanna work my butt off and drop 2 sizes before my wedding in 3 months. I can do it! I just have to work hard at it.
The phentarmine is an anti obesity appetite suppressant. It has been found to stop food craving enough to lose weight..while boosting metabolism and energy. Their are no lows with this pill either! Not that I experienced anyways! I loved having the extra energy to function with my children! When I got off it I was still energetic and felt great! UNtil getting pregnant again.
